Some careers develop linearly, not so much mine, but every aspect of my work centers around communications.

My career has been a series of transitions, each building on the other. I began as a radio reporter and then ventured into acting in theater, television, and film. This led me to daily television, where I took on roles as a feature reporter, talk show host, producer, and director. My focus then shifted to film, where I directed and produced documentaries and narrative shorts and eventually became the director of an international short film festival.

Midway through my career, I developed a business as a communications coach, applying the skills I had amassed to advise senior leaders from all sectors on their wide-ranging communications needs.

My biggest strengths are identifying key messages and shaping a through line; both are essential for robust and indelible verbal communications and creating compelling and memorable films.
